How to have a family devotional:
1) Start with prayer.
2) Have a brief discussion about a passage of Scripture
3) Pick a song or two to sing that everyone knows.
4) Pray together
- for each other (share requests, or use the devotional topic as the point of the prayer) and others
- for our church (its leaders, those in need)
- for our local and national leaders
- for missionaries and leaders throughout the world
